Seaweed. Kelp. Dulce.

A weed with any other name is still a weed. I’ve come to learn over the years that most of what we think of as weeds are actually medicinal or edible plants that are simply growing somewhere we would rather they not grow. They generally grow well in adverse conditions, poor soils as well as gardens and lawns. Growing like a weed, is exactly what kelp does, it grows like towering trees over the ocean floor, creating safe spaces for fish and a myriad of other oceanic creatures. It is edible, healthy, strong, renewable and sustainable. Be like a weed.

All the kelp. This magical piece has a bullkelp handle and ball, filled with ocean smoothed stones and love. I was debating putting a crystal or stone into the bottom of the handle (where it would have been attached to a rock at the bottom of the ocean), but I like it just the way it is.
